What should I include in an Audi service request?
Share the model, year, mileage, service records if available, and what changed. For a warning light or drivability concern, note when it occurs and include any scan information you already have.
Does a diagnostic scan tell me which part to replace?
A scan can identify stored faults and help narrow where to look, but a code is not always a parts diagnosis. The shop can review it with the symptoms and other inspection findings.
Can I arrange an inspection before buying an Audi?
Yes. Send the listing, vehicle details, seller location, and when you hope to buy. Ask the seller to arrange access to the car. We’ll confirm availability and discuss which checks we can carry out.
